The successful candidate will be able to perform the following
1) Research and identify websites that offer product reviews
2) Perform an analysis on those sites to determine if
i) a database of reviews can be downloaded
ii) an API is available to perform a direct query on the site
iii) If there is any other way to query the site to obtain a response to a product review query
3) List the product specific elements of the site (i.e. if it is car related, appliance related)
4) Find prominent online retailers that you can obtain the information from
5) Find RSS feeds related to product review, consumer review etc.
Example sites include consumer reports, best buy (who have an API), amazon etc.
I need 10 sites.
My offer is as follows.
Provide the proper details of either Consumer Reports, BestBuy or Amazon, in a manner that clearly demonstrates that you know what I am asking for. If your results are OK, I will hire you to research another 10 sites. I will pay $125 for the 10 sites, and if you provide more or provide exceptional work I will award up to a $75 tip.
