I am a real estate agent in the US, and am developing a software program for agents to do market analysis with. I am looking for someone to design 3 to 5 template that can be used in a 30 page (or less) document. I would like it to have 2 or 3 other colors (besides white) and I would also like to have the agents get to choose their primary and secondary color from a color chart of 12 or so colors. That way, someone from company A could choose blue and yellow, if that is their color, and it would apply to all the templates. Another company could use the same templates, and make the colors green and brown, but the content wouldn't change. I would also need you to insert some graphics I have.
