I am professional musician offering a diverse array of services (production, mixing, scoring to picture, arranging, etc.). I need a website to present samples of my work to potential clients, organized by service.
Basically elements of the site:
- one page per service, each involving a video- or audio-player (multiple audio/video files on each page), text and images (a slider to display multiple pictures).
- a blog tab to update users on my latest work
- about me/bio/resume tab
- contact page
- links to web accounts/social networks
- landing page
I've searched through tons of WP templates on themeforest.com and elegantthemes.com, finding great ideas but I need some things adjusted to my needs.
Most important thing about the design of this site is cleanliness and organized navigation. I offer quite varied services and wish not to bombard the user. The landing/welcome page is key here; it will have a very different design from the other content-based page--simple and to-the-point, like a business card (e.g. no menubar).
