1) First (of 3 potential projects) Short project. Estimated time to complete basic integration and portal customization, about 3-4 days.
Have 3 complete programs:
a) Portal Development Software;
b) EHR (electronic health record);
c) Televideo (voice/video) source code.
Objective: Customize Portal with Company Logo to become front-entrance to a Windows 7 split screen for EHR and Televideo system to run along side each other independently and concurrently.
Integrate/customize Company Logo within televideo system which is written in C#. Access to source code. Estimated time to integrate Company Logo within televideo system is approximately 3 hours. This integrated/customized televideo system will (initially) be hosted on off-site server. Final system will be migrated to Company server.

Second (longer project)-re-write YouTube clone in asp.net on Company server. Have asp.net YouTube Clone SDK on server. Details of this un-related/different project will follow successful completion of "first" project above. Do a good job on the first, and I will seriously consider you for the second project. Have senior engineer to interact with for this second project.
Will need a flat-fee estimate on this second project with accurate deadline. Again, details of this second project to follow completion of the first.
