The project is to create a basic HTML 5 website for a polling application that allows people to participate in real time polls and observe graphical trends of the results. Similar to the political worm shown @ http://www.news.com.au/features/federal-election/leaders-debate-verdict-tony-abbott-vs-julia-gillard/story-e6frfllr-1225896746893
An existing .Net WCF service exists to provide the data needed to render the UIs @ http://wormocracy.com/Services/WormService.svc
The Sencha Touch framework should be used to create pages that:
-List existing polls for users to select
-Add a new poll
-View the results of a poll in time series, and cast their own vote
As shown in the (poor) screen mock ups at http://www.mockko.com/R986005
More specific requirements supporting these mock ups will be provided in further documentation at the start of the project.
A charting framework to assist, such as Sencha Charts, or similar is at the discretion of the Free lancer.
Further projects for UI work after this initial prototype is likely depending on the quality, price and timeliness of the Freelancer's deliverables.
