I am interested in an iphone app in which a user can take a picture with his iphone camera and insert that picture into a customized form (I would supply the form needed) with blank spaces where information (name, address, date of birth etc) can be typed in (using the iphone,) The completed form (with picture and typed information) could then be emailed via the internet capability of the iphone or downloaded to a computer into a format in which it could be stored and/or printed out.
I would also be interested in a similar project for the Android phone
