We are looking for a US based virtual Executive Assistant. You must have at least 5 years of experience and work solely for us.
You'll assist in project managing, answering calls, customer support and assisting our CEO.
Skills needed:
Knowledge of Quickbooks
Excel
Excellent typing skills
Excellent writing, grammar skills
A 'get it done now' attitude and not have to be told things twice or need to be managed.
Excellent communication skills
You must have strong references, subject to a thorough security background check and also be available on some weekends
