I have a 20-page office document with some graphics and hyperlinks that needs to be converted to a sale-worthy PDF product. First, I need a graphic artist to create the cover with some graphics and the title. Secondly, I need the document and graphics formatted for a PDF format. It is an instruction manual, so just exporting the document into a PDF format will not suffice. I need someone to take my rough draft and make it a professional, organized PDF that has a table of contents. Excellent English skills required!
