Looking for someone to do 1 to 5 hours of work per week. Some weeks we may have no work but some weeks we may have 5 or more hours. Job could grow as our needs grow.
Must have Photoshop CS5 or higher.
We are a small real estate company. When we get new listings (properties to sell), we will send you the image files.
You will:
1. Enhance the photos in Photoshop to make them look better if needed (lighten up for instance)
2. Resize photos in program such as Fireworks
3. Take our Photoshop brochure template and create new brochure for listing using photos and text that we send to you.
4. Email us the files including edited photos.
5. Turn-around time must be quick (1-2 days max)
Estimated time to do each brochure is 1 or 2 hours max. Some months we may have no brochures to make, and some months we may have 10 brochures to make, so your ability to be on call for this job is important to us.
Perfect candidate will also be available for other admin jobs such as:
