Manage paid traffic sources with a strong focus on split testing.

Split test keywords, adgroups, click through of ads, optin on pages, conversion on sales pages, optin vs salesdevice landing page.

Required skills:
- ability to tweak/edit current marketing material for split tests, requires solid English skill
- technical skills required to manage paid traffic sources such as finding keywords, testing different adgroup combinations etc.

Ideally I'd like this to be an ongoing and long-term relationship.
