Hey there!
We are an Internet startup looking for a dev that's got full knowledge in PHP, CodeIgniter, Javascript, Ajax, jQuery. Bonus points if you have worked with either Twilio or Tropo API, and / or XMPP.
This will be a full time job for a long time. We will hold weekly meetings over skype and google hangouts. We are always online (for 80 hours a week) and we expect you to be available and able with us.
This is a managerial position. There will be 4 of us at online meeting where we each contribute ideas, functionality, product, and we will expect you to fully understand but further emphasize on the technicality of programming i.e. what is and isn't possible. You will be looking over and managing our current developers. Sometimes we need help to 'translate' something we want developed into programmer speak :) But at all times you should be able to step in and start working on any part of the project, to quickly demo or fix something that is urgent.
