Hi, I'm looking for a price to create a website for the rent of music by the Author to another User. The author must be able to log in and list the location of the track on Youtube and various other details. The user must be able to log in also and list various details. Then the user must be able to bid for the use of the music using various criteria. Each song listed will show the previous record of rental etc. Each user will show a log of previous transactions. I will be making a charge for both the Author and User payable by Pay Pal. I'm looking for a price on getting this up and running. I am trying to find someone I can keep working with then to make changes to the site on an ongoing basis. I will be asking for an hourly rate once the initial job is done.
