DRTV and mail order company seeks customer service rep to handle light order tracking and customer service, product questions and minor day to day phone calls.
Need someone to answer 800 number from phone we provide, as well as handle light communication emails - following up with clients with new products, designs, ideas and contracts as far as follow up is concerned. Must keep track of the owners schedule. Must be proficient at excel, word and have good phone manners. Also this applicant will also be responsible to call our locations in the retail box stores to track inventory, communicate with our east coast office on collecting returns and moving merchandise. Will keep a spreadsheet that tracks these returns. Also will need to interface on phone with store management to schedule the location for live demonstrations, be the point person for any manager or customer questions.
