All our support is handled via email/support desk. We run a small website design company that primarily serves churches in the US.
We need someone proficient with Wordpress, html, css. Sites are built on Wordpress, and occasionally there are bugs that customers need help with. Or they might just not know how to do something and need a simple explanation.
Looking for someone who's able to log on daily, check for any new support requests, fix the issues, and communicate the solutions with the customers.
We don't get a whole lot of support requests at this time, so I'd estimate this would only take 2-3 hours per week. This is ongoing work though.
