The reason the price is what it is is duke to the wireframe designed.
I am in need of a simple website with 10 pages made. I have the whole thing mapped out. Most of the images I will provide, except for a few which can be found online. It will include a very simple paypal shopping cart store. Two of the pages are frames of other sites. You will need to create a the slider graphics for the home page in multiple languages.
Here is the mockup - its in two parts, b/c part of it was built earlier, and will be a piece of the site.

This needs to be made quickly and professionally. If you do well, I have other projects coming up.
Any great graphic designers with wordpress skills are more than welcome to apply. As the code is not as important as the aesthetics of the site. So make sure you have a great looking portfolio or send me your best looking work.
