I need an ebook/quick read on Leadership for Volunteers. If you have NLP experience that would be a definite advantage and have also worked as a volunteer yourself.
I would like a 5 or 7 step system that is empowering for volunteers. Some of the key findings that may be included are:
Aligning your values and beliefs
Respecting other people's model of the world
Cause and Effect (taking responsibility for your own actions instead of blaming etc)
Building Rapport
Showing up as a Leader (Physiology, Tonality etc)
Inspiring and empowering others
Communication (verbal and non verbal)
Trust
Gratitude, emotional deposits.
This "quick read" may be elongated later into a fully fledged ebook and possibly a training course...depending on the outcome.
At this stage I'm looking at something around 4-5 pages with some nice pics and eye catching layout. Something fun, not too serious, not too many big words...an easy read with engaging content relating particular to volunteers (remembering international volunteers too). Put yourself in their seat and make it interesting. :)
