I am looking for developers with lots of experience in building customizations for Microsoft Lync and Exchange Server.
Specifically, I am needing to build a server-side call/voice/video recording for Lync, and something that can transfer all chat conversations, emails, and voice/video calls to our internal conversation processing engine to attach them to things like our CRM, etc.
