Administrative tasks, such as email, tracking my calendar and entering it online, various web duties
Inbound and outbound calls to set up appointments or introduce products to potential customers,
Some personal business including coordinating courts and play times for my two tennis teams.
I have several business concerns so this person must be able to keep track of what is happening at what business and keep the responses appropriate to each business. This will take some time to train on how to handle all of these situations.
You MUST HAVE exceptional written and verbal English skills (native speakers preferred), without accent. Must be a quick thinker, self starter and very dependable.
Budget is $3 per hour to start increasing upward on a regular basis after you have proven yourself. If you become a trusted part of my team you can expect a long term position at significantly more than the average for a VA.
