Hi,
I need a contract written which customers will have to agree too before purchasing products on an eCommerce site.
Basically the site offers lots of products, users can come and purchase them and pay a deposit for the item and then will then pay the remaining amount by direct debit each week.
I am looking for a contract to be written which will cover us and also sign the customer into a legal contract which says they have to pay back the money including the apr.
The site is a UK site.
