We need someone who can do fast deployment for proof of concept. It's about making a web site to get user requirements. user shall able to create a project and pick what they want from a check list (say, a list of services), then the system will ask for the parameters for each of the selected items.
Joomla2.5 and sobi-pro shall be used to manage user profile and the custom fields for the services items. User can login, create or edit the projects they created with the system, and able to order their projects if they were satisfied. (using the built in payment functions came with sobi-pro)
It's a demo site for proof of concept, low budget for this time so simple design shall be good. If the job was appealing then the winner of this job may become our on going technical partner. At the kickoff stage there shall be 10 services items, and we shall able to create more service items with the backend with the sobi-pro.
