1. Design web hosting site in Joomla, this should be designed, so it looks like Web hosting company's web site with all needed text, neat and clean design, send me theme and design for approval.
2. Design a logo, should not be copy of others, a fresh logo so no one have copyrights on it, once you design the logo, show me so I can select or ask for modification.
3. Create a Joomla components for displaying products, promotions and any other thing which needs to be display on joomla site from WHMCS.
4. Modify WHMCS templates to match the design of Joomla site, all the templates, ie. client area, order form and admin etc.
5. Site should run on all the browsers including IE6 absolutely same.
6. Optimize the site for search engine (SEO)
7. Make it such a way so either WHMCS upgrade or Joomla upgrade does not break the theme or functionality.
8. Use Ajax for faster load of site
9. Integrate Google Analytics into Joomla site, WHMCS already has integration with GA.
10. Provide source for all the images you use to design the site, templates including buttons, arrow etc.
11. Also provide font name used in Images
