I am looking for someone to help create web based professional jobsite where employer can search skilled worker. A basic sign up form for employer (Name of firm/organization, mobile, email, city) and a basic sign up form for worker (Name, mobile, email, skills, experience, city) . The solution should then return possible candidates for the search criteria (contact details should be hidden) and send SMS to candidates.
