We are looking for serious, dedicated, responsive linkbuilders for longterm work in our team of 40+.
You should have good English, be available on Skype every day, and respect our linkbuilding guidelines:

1) Build a MIX of links every week:
10% onpage PR dofollow links, 10% social bookmarks (example site list: http://www.social-bookmarking-sites-list.com),
10% directory submissions, 10% articles, 10% links from pages which link to competitor sites, 10% forum posts with signature link, etc.
2) NEVER use any automated linkbuilding tools. This is a reason for contract termination with 1.0 feedback. You can use tools like Scrapebox for research though.
3) Do NOT make links on spammy pages with 100+ outbound links.
4) Aim for QUALITY over quantity.
5) Only ONPAGE pagerank counts, NOT domain pagerank.
6) Only LIVE links count in the report. Not "under approval" or "moderated".
7) Do NOT make spam posts. If you comment, your comments should be RELEVANT to the blog post so that they are approved by the blog owner.
"This is a great post sir. <link>" === BAD!!!!
"That chicken coop idea sounds brilliant. I wonder if my <link> site should get a chapter devoted just to your awesome chicken coop design." === GOOD!!!
8) Be online in Skype when working for us.
9) Send your report through Skype every week using our Excel report template.
10) Links should have the EXACT keyword in the anchor text. No keyword stuffing.

This is an entry level position with an hourly rate of 1.11.
You should have at least 4.0 feedback or better, applicants will worse feedback won't be considered. Agencies will also NOT be considered and do not need to apply.
If you apply, be ready for a short Skype interview, and expect to do a (paid) test 10 hours of work immediately in the next 3-4 days.
