I am looking for someone to run an adwords campaign on my behalf. The site will be in an area which requires manual acceptance by Google adwords team, so they will need to review the ads and site. However, the site and ads are both 100% compliant with all Google policies so I don't see this being a problem.
Here are some specifics about the campaign:
1) You will need to run the campaign from an existing adwords account to ensure of a good quality score i.e. the account must have some campaign history.
2) You will need to provide invoices for all ad spend
3) You will be good at optimising campaigns to get good quality score and provide regular reporting
