Database driven website with both custom and user contributed content. The site will have many features for unregistered users including Google Maps integration, content sections (for product reviews, etc) and for those that register there will be data calculations/display (tracking individual scores/aggregate scores) and special features like earning points.
A solid UI is VERY IMPORTANT!
