I am looking to organize a team of writers to help me out with my freelance stint. I'm a mom with a hyper toddler boy, thus, there are excess assignments that I can no longer attend to.
I need writers who can, of course, write in flawless English grammar. Experience in web content writing (which is, in general, comprised of efficient research, writing, proofreading and editing skills) is also preferred. Basic knowledge of keyword integration (basic SEO writing) and what works on the Internet is also a must.
Responsibilities:
-- Writers will be assigned projects that may have varying guidelines and requirements (thus, you need to be very flexible)
-- Writers need to write unique articles based on the project requirements (no trace of duplication and plagiarism)
-- Writers should proofread their own work to check for minor and/or major mistakes
-- Writers should be able to write 2-3 articles per day (or more, on their specified working schedule)
-- Writers should be able to meet deadlines
-- Writers should be open to criticism and suggestions
-- Writers must manage to be online for most of the day (that they specified to work)
-- Writers should be good team players
-- Writers must be honest (if submissions will be delayed, you must tell the real reason why, whether you are too busy with other things or you're just too lazy to write)
-- Writers must be able to say no and should not over commit
-- Writers must be willing to work on a test article prior to being included in the team
