Experienced Real Estate Va-lead Generator

You will be expected to perform a wide variety of both personal and professional duties. Excellent spoken and written English skills are required. I am very demanding and have extremely high expectations. I am looking for someone searching for a full time long term position.

MUST BE EXPERIENCED, well educated, HAVE excellent English typing/writing skills who is familiar with Facebook marketing, social media marketing and is willing to learn my MLS platform to begin doing research for properties and lists for my direct mail.
MUST be trained in the most up to date software, technology and real estate marketing techniques. Bilingual in Spanish a ++

Must be available during PST time working hours and respond almost immediately to requests.

You will have to be willing to do anything that is asked. You will need to be an independent thinker who can quickly assess a situation and respond accordingly.

Candidate must be based out of Philippines only. This is a full time position.

Experience with Market Leader/Realty Generator or Keller Williams a huge plus.

Candidate should be comfortable and skilled in managing staff, experienced working in a customer service environment, and have exposure to the culture and business practices of the United States.
