We will require someone who has advanced understanding of Excel, including VBA, to customise the reports, adding in automation to ensure that this tool is very user-friendly and stable.
The successful applicant will need to have some understanding of Taxation Requirements in Australia, and/or know where to look to research to discover information that is required.
The following is a set of tasks that are required in order to complete this job;
1) Re-format the look, colour-scheme and navigation as outlined by requirements documentation
2) Create automation to allow CSV imports from online banking, allowing a user to attribute categories (revenue, expense, etc) to each transaction.
3) Build in automation so that assigned (as per category) transactions are reflected in the appropriate report/area
4) Include a BAS (Buisness Activity Statement) Report that can be used every quarter to determine tax to be paid.
5) Create as much general automation as possible to reduce the number of inputs required (if these can be derived from other original inputs)
