Hello, I need a Report for my e-commerce company so I can better understand the customer base and customer purchasing behavior per month/year on each of the 3 websites we sell on: ebay, amazon, direct site.
Order History Analysis Report:
I can provide all the data for the past 3-4 months for order history including on an excel or csv file from the order download history including: order date, order value, quantity ordered, cogs, price, city, state, product name, weight, manufacturer, shipping time.
I need a macro or macros built on excel that will show me data and graphs/pivot tables for:
- $ Ordered product sales by any given date
- Average order values on any given date
- Average units per order
- Refund rate
- Growth month to month and compared to last year
- Analysis per platform (we sell on ebay, amazon, and our direct website)
- Conversion rate
- Repeating customers % by month or year
- Order $ growth on each platform (ebay, amazon, direct website)
- Sales by sku on each platform
- Profit determined by each sku
- Profit/loss per manufacturer by month or year
There are more variables and these are just to list out a few. The macro must be created so I can use this report for future use as well. I can be available to chat on skype at any time as well.
Please provide any examples that are relevant to this. Can pay hourly or project base if need be. Thank you
