Big Project - PHP/jQuery/Ajax - Email Newsletter Maker/Delivery

This is for a large project, a service that allows members to create email newsletters, subscriber lists, sign up forms, newsletter delivery, and newsletter statistics (opens, links clicked)
You as the coder will code the entire project, but I will be with you the entire way, everyday to answer questions and whatnot.
First page of coding is the join process and login. Joining, there are 2 options, one free, one payed. For the free one, they still enter payment info. I am using 3rd party CC processer Plimus, so we need to integrate with them.
