Scope of work -
Drafting of construction documents in autocad (version 10 or approved equal) - produce exact duplication of existing hand drawn drawing sheets to be submitted to successful bidder via email in pdf format. A general description of desired drawing sheets is listed below:
Sheet A - 24"x36" full sheet including 15 details
Sheet B - 24"x36" 1/2 full sheet including 6 drawings and schedules
Sheet C - 24"x36" 3/4 full sheet including multiple standard H/C details
Sheet D - 24"x36" full sheet including multiple H/C details
Sheet E - 24"x36" 3/4 full sheet including multiple standard details
Sheet F 1/4 full sheet including standard details
Interested bidders provide proposed hourly rates and an estimate of the total project cost and time to complete the work. Selection will be primarily based on time and cost. Once and agreement is made, pdf documents will be sent and discussions of pen settings, etc, will occur. Once pdf's are sent, the successful bidder is expected to narrow the total project proposal to a 10% plus or minus amount and a time schedule will be set.
The intent is to establish a long lasting working relationship.
