We are a web & applications development company currently in need of a project manager who meets the following requirements:
- ability to form and manage a development team for a given project
- with proven track record in translating ideas /concepts into prototypes and finished products
- able to provide valuable inputs during conceptualization phase and create necessary documentations and project plans
- able to create realistic timetables and cost projections and submit regular progress reports
- must be able to turn in quality work in a timely manner
- reliable and responsive
- excellent to extraordinary problem solving skills
- can communicate well in English
- can provide references from previous projects
Preferred:
- with Software/Web development background
- with existing team or contacts within Odesk
- with relevant technical expertise
