We are doing live lead transfers for a debt settlement company located in the US. Hours are from 8am-5pm pst. This is an hourly + commission job for anyone who can say an easy script overcome a few objections and transfer the call to a debt specialist. It pays $1 an hour + $5 for every transfer + additional $10 for every lead that is converted to a sale. I pay for the dialer, phone time and leads. Average transfers per day is 4 and the conversion rate is about 10%. 20 transfers@ $5 each = $100+ 2 sales converted= $20 +40 hours a week= $160 a week.
