Customised Lightbox Display For Wordpress

Urgently require someone highly fluent and confident in using php & ajax within a Wordpress environment.

Job requirements as follows.

1.> We have a special members-only area (http://cdclifestyle.com/privileges/) and need to have a pop-up lightbox that requires a (single, 'one size fits all') pin-code to gain access to it

2.> We have a lightbox pop up already configured via php/ajax for displaying individual member privileges although it needs some styling and also requires a customised Wordpress admin area to include 3 content boxes. See http://cdclifestyle.com/privileges/ .

3.> We have a lightbox pop-calendar that pulls our Google Calendar xml and some site content but it also has an 'add to my calendar' feature. Unfortunately this only adds to the users' own Google calendar at the moment, but needs to be able to add to their default calendar (ie/ iCal for Mac or Outlook for PC). Please note that the first 2 items are very urgent and essential areas for anyone who bids on this job, although the option is not a definite (at this stage), you will need to confirm if you can do this when bidding on this job.
