We are looking to hire additional CSRs to our customer service team. We are a telecom company based in the USA. We are looking for CSRs with excellent English skills, and we also are looking for CSRs that speak Filipino (Tagalog and Ilokano), Spanish and Chinese. Working hours are USA business hours and weekends.
We are now looking to hire 3-5 full-time CSRs.
Experienced, proven CSR applicants that already have a quiet location to provide professional-grade customer service, with reliable VoIP-capable equipment and internet connection, need apply.
Prior experience providing customer service in the telecom industry to end users a major plus. Please take the oDesk Customer Service Skills test before applying.
