Customer Service Assistant

Need someone to make outbound calls and receive inbound calls via a Google Voice account (can be forwarded to point to your own skype/Google voice/other phone number) to my clients, following up, asking for more information, etc.

My company offers web development/marketing/seo work, so must be familiar with this type of industry.

Will not provide quotes directly - will information gather, than I will provide the quote to you, to give to the client.

Will follow up with exiting clients and make sure they are happy and have everything they need.

I need someone who can answer the phone. Right now I only get 2-10 calls per week, but once I know I have a good assistant, I will do more marketing.

The VA needs to answer inbound calls about web design services and take informaiton to pass to me, so I can tell them what price to quote the client or what adidtional questions to ask the person.

Then the VA will do follow up calls and forward quotes to clients - handle all client interaction that happens via phone.

Job Duties:
1) Answer calls:
Example: I have a google voice phone that I can forward to your phone number. When you see my google voice number on your caller ID, you answer "123 Easy Websites, how can I help you", and work with the clients to meet their needs.
2) Return calls:
Do follow up calls with clients.

Must be available to answer calls during 9-5 business hours M-F, PST, with little or no accent.

You would keep detailed logs of your time so you can be paid for the time you spend answering phone calls and making outbound calls.

I need maybe 2 hours a week, scaling up to 5 or 10, depending on how things things work out and how quickly it grows. As the company grows, there is a lot of potential to grow with us, with a job that gives you flexibility to work from home.
