I am looking for a skilled designer to create a Wordpress Theme that will be used as a building block for the creation of local business websites.
The theme must be attractive, versatile and very easy to set up.
Important: Installing the theme must be as simple as uploading the zipped version and clicking "activate"
I would like some kind of image slider on the home page as well as featured areas etc.
Basically, all the nice things that go into a premium wordpress theme.
I would be open to a fixed cost settlement if that suits you.
