I am looking for an attorney, or other individual, that can take a memorandum of understanding which describes an affiliation between my company and another, related to their selling/marketing of my marketing/advertising products and services, and develop a sound, comprehensive legal contract per US law.
Specifically, I have 4 Joint venture agreements with individuals or companies who are influential/tied to the end user of my marketing system, in my case these are day spas and dentists, and I will be compensating them to introduce/facilitate/arrange a sale of my services, or opportunities for ME to sell my services.
I need to have contracts completed for all 4. They will vary slightly, but not a great deal overall, and I want to have a template, more or less, that I can use in similar circumstances moving forward. i DO have a few licensing agreements that are similar and other similar contracts to what I envision, but I need them reviewed, put together in a rough, then final draft so that I can either use them directly, or submit them to yet another attorney to have them tweaked even further. Optimally, I could go right to contract with them, in a best case scenario.
I am flexible on pricing, but need them pretty much immediately, and certainly want them by no later than 4 calendar days from the time the job is assigned and current examples are forwarded over to the chosen contractor.
I am expecting to have a fairly comprehensive call, after sending over the MOU's, to insure that there is absolute clarity of the situation, and no misunderstandings. I am looking to move on this at lightning speed, in every case.
