Virtual assistant needed to perform a variety of tasks for a commercial real estate research company. The assignment primarily involves:
* Using search engines to find municipal (city/county) documents that provide information about new development projects
* Reading news lists to identify relevant articles related to new development and commercial property sales
* Data entry
The initial project assignment will be 10 hours per week for 4 weeks. If successful during this period, there is potential for a long-term assignment with additional weekly hours.
While the work hours are flexible, this assignment requires a full-time freelancer with proven experience working as an independent contractor.
Other requirements are:
* English fluency
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Reliable high-speed internet access
* A reliable computer with current operating system
* Experience with spreadsheets and/or database management is a plus
