We have a Cisco IP 7940 series phone.
We are trying to configure a speed dial number on the phone.
However, the instructions provided in the phone manual do not work - ie we cannot configure a speed dial number even though the instruction book says we can on this phone.
Perhaps this phone has special firmware that has disable speed dial?
But anyway we need help to configure the speed dial.
