For the aspx on windows server web site www.softwareleadservice.com, we need several changes / fixes, as follows:
1) When you first go to the site via the url, the header does not show up. Please fix the includes so that it correctly shows on all pages. Example, it does not show correctly here: http://www.softwareleadservice.com/ but does show correctly here: http://www.softwareleadservice.com/signupform.aspx
2) The registration form, http://www.softwareleadservice.com/signupform.aspx, is not currently working, no verify code is showing up, and the form when submitted should send the user an email with a confirmation link, and write the data to the database. Please fix this.
3) Change the 'organization type' field on the sign up form from radio buttons to 'check all that apply' checkboxes, with the types of 'reseller', 'developer', and 'consultant'. Modify the database accordingly.
4) Comment out / hide the "software leads" link on the menu include, so the only visible links are login and register. We will want to add it back in later, but hide it for now.
Make sure that all work is done using aspx includes rather than hand coding to each page.
