Calendar Admin And Assistant

Role and Responsibilities:

Must have prior experience with calendar management
Scheduling appointments, writing e-mails and correspondence.
Answer incoming phone calls for the Sales Representative
Assist with responding to customer inquires
Following up with customer's paperwork and processing documents
Respond quickly and adapt to the changing requirements of a fast-pace customer-service oriented environment
Organizing marketing materials and product guides
