Custom eProcurement online application that uses the Punchout technique. The site needs to be able to communicate with ERP software like SAP, Ariba, etc.
You need to make a very user friendly dashboard which contains:
- customisable order forms which create a shopping cart item;
- shopping cart interface;
- order overview;
- administrator interface, to easily connect and disconnect customers (and later suppliers), create new order forms, etc;
- electronic invoicing;

There are actuealy two option, a standard connection through with an eCatalog of the supplier (for example with cXML). The order is created in de ERP system of the customer, but spend data needs also to be available on the BUYFORCE online tool.
Second option is when there is no standard eCatalog. The customer requests BUYFORCE to start a sourcing process and specifies it's need through an Orderform for a specific catagory (like HR, IT, Facilities, etc). The customer will be informed when the sourcing process is finished and the quotes are available on the dashboard. There they can choose if BUYFORCE needs to order or if they order them selves. For each quote a order button.
