We are interested to hire professional and experienced bookkeeper who have at least 5 year experience with some good organizations. Job can be part/full time according to work load.
The person is responsible for ensuring cash flow, A/P, A/R , expenses , prepare spreadsheets,reconciliation and miscellaneous administrative tasks as they are required.
Spot check on our commission that we being paid from the banks we do business with; make sure we get paid the correct and full amount monthly /weekly. Check the commisions differences on each account on a monthly basis.
