We are looking to fill in multiple positions by bi-lingual speaking Applicants who will be working as Account Managers on our Customer Support or Virtual Assistant Projects. You will be responsible to manage multiple clients while you're working on our projects.
- Need to speak English fluently
- Along with English, need to speak one of these languages:
You'll be working on different projects and handling different tasks related to your skills which are listed below:
- Customer support ( Inbound, Email and Chat )
- Telemarketing (Outbound, Lead Generation, Survey)
- SEO (Basic and Pro)
- Social Media Management (Basic and Pro)
- Graphic / Web Design (Basic and Pro)
- Technical Support (Tier 1 and 2 Level)
Most of our Projects are Virtual Assistant and Customer Support. YOU DON'T NEED TO BE AN EXPERT IN ALL OF THE SKILLS MENTIONED ABOVE BUT EXPERIENCE IN TWO OR MORE OF THEM WILL BE PREFERRED.
- We have both Full Time (40 Hours) and Part Time (20 Hours) Projects available.
REQUIREMENTS: (if you do not meet the requirement below then please do not apply)
- NEED TO BE BI-LINGUAL (English has to be excellent)
- Need to have an updated computer system, good headset and a stable internet connection.
- Must commit Long Term.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A FULL TIME COMMITMENT PLEASE DO NOT APPLY!
- We start off with $4-5/hr excluding Odesk fee.
- There are different bonus and commission structures in different Projects but we can't promise them on every project.
- A reasonable incremental plan is there with a minimum of 50c/hr increase every 6 months.
