B2B Telemarketing Sales Representative

SearchMar, Inc. (www.searchmar.com) is the full-service online marketing company providing email marketing, search engine marketing and social media services to companies in the U.S. Our company was founded in 2001, headquartered in San Francisco, California.

We're looking for a motivated Telemarketing Sales Representative able to set appointments, prepare price quotes and close sales for our email marketing services to small and medium sized companies in the U.S. Here's what you need to know.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform as a member of our regional telephone sales team
• Make outbound sales calls to prospects to set appointments, send price quotes and close sales
• Make calls from home office, handling approximately 50 calls per hour
• Qualify appropriate leads and conduct sales presentations from a script
• Send email templates from your Salesforce.com account (CRM) as follow-up
• Make calls using the Refractive Dialer system and update Salesforce lead records
• Use provided call script and improve on it frequently

Your qualifications:

• Highly motivated, hungry to succeed and love online marketing
• Confident on the phone and comfortable talking to marketing managers at small and medium sized companies
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively by phone using proper grammar, pronunciation, enunciation, inflection and tone. Must have well-spoken, professional, English-American speaking phone voice
• Sales and goal oriented with excellent listening and questioning skills
• Able to handle rejection and fast pace
• Disciplined work habits and ability to apply laser focus
• Previous cold calling and B2B Sales experience
• High Speed Internet
• Marketing background helpful
• Home office computer, landline phone and Skype with webcam
• References or an established reputation on Elance preferred

Your support:

• Email: to help support your sales efforts, we send an email campaign each month from which you make follow-up calls to set appointments and close sales
• Training: coaching on calls and training will be provided on the dialer and Salesforce.com
• Communication: we will communicate on Skype video and IM

Bonus of $100 paid for every appointment that results in a closed sale. Work time Monday - Thursday (4 hours per day) start time 9:00 am PST. Long-term position with increased hours for successful reps.
