Automate Report To Word From Excel

Job Description:

We require someone who can develop an excel spreadsheet as an application form, executing the information in a report format with a touch of a button.

We currently use MS Word, Excel and an online calculator to manually input data and figures to populate this report and would like to make the report automated.

The application form requirements:

* Enter figures associated to set prices/price increases
* Referring to an online repayment calculator
* Create forms with information- perhaps from MS-Access
* Different formulas according to each set price to populate a table of rates and a graph

The design should be:

* User friendly
* Include easy data inputs
* Able to change set prices if needed
* Approx. 10-20 work hours to build

Skills required:

* Microsoft Excel
* Microsoft Access
* Programming knowledge
* English
