The current situation is need to have plan, lay-out, complete sections details of plan, and interior design specifically for kitchen, cabinets, toilets,dining and living room.( this for the ground floor). and At the second floor, I need the master bedroom and should located at the front side, and two kids bedroom, As shown in the photo (2nd floor plan_proposal) the red color is my proposed rooms.

This project is for actual construction. When this project is approved or okay, then another work will be given with another contract and budget for 3d illustration of finished interior.
