This plugin must
1. Record video with audio
2. upload it on my server
3. record it on add resume(on synoptic template, this template dont have this page) and show it on first page on "Recent post" and all on Portofolio page
4. It must have limit of record video 4 min from webcam
5. Resolution like on youtube and to can add logo on it at right or left
6. It must be on template and able to upload template template on other servers without any configurations
+ also on template that I will give you I need multilanguage plugin, advanced search plugin, 6-8 banner that support flash also and general statistic plugin(site statistic for every page and clicks on banner).
