I am in need of an individual or team to design a video streaming solution that can run on AWS and produce an embed code that I can use in elearning courses to run on Moodle or to be included in SCORM packages that will then be uploaded to Moodle.
A solution using Kaltura Community Edition is preferable but I'm open to any solution that
- will be manageable for someone without a coding background,
- is low in maintenance costs, and
- will be stable for a high volume of videos that will be between 5 and 20 minutes in length each.
